easy access polite staff
the hotel provided parking close by it made access to the cliff easy the staff were polite i felt welcome. the walk down to the beach was lovely i walked into the town area
the hotel only had an outdoor pool the indoor pool was next door

friendly staff pleasant atmosphere wide variety
I found the staff consistently attentive. the barman on sunday night was particularly friendly, maintaining a cheerful attitude and keeping the area super clean. it created a really pleasant atmosphere, even during quieter hours. the breakfast offered considerable choice. I particularly appreciated the variety.
the parking area is somewhat limited, and street parking requires payment.

sister hotel facilities are available for guest use. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, i noticed. the swimming pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section.

solid stay with handy amenities
clean room comfortable bed good breakfast
the room was clean upon arrival. i found the bed quite comfortable. i also liked having tea and coffee available in my room. the breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold options.
the outside pool was empty.

the staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the shower. they sent someone to fix it promptly. i found them helpful during check-in and check-out. they answered all my questions clearly.

the breakfast had a good variety of options. i enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries that were available. dinner service was quite efficient, and the food was amazing!!! the dining area was clean, and the staff were attentive.

the hotel had both an indoor pool and a sauna located in the sister hotel next door. i appreciated the convenience of using those facilities. the gym was well-equipped. i found everything i needed for a good workout.

restaurant closure toilet outage
the hotel restaurant was not open . when i tried to order tea and cake, the tea arrived, but there was no cake. i also discovered i had to pay £20 to park.. the reception toilets were out of order too. it wasn't the relaxing experience i had hoped for.

Surprisingly Great Stay
friendly staff spacious room
The staff was friendly at both the reception and the restaurant. I stayed in the Suncliff Hotel (the sister hotel) due to some issues. It was a good alternative. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed provided ample comfort for restful nights.
The hotel's parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. During my visit, available spaces were limited due to an event. This made parking inconvenient.
